What to include

• Your company and what it does.
• The use case: onboarding, age checks, account recovery or another flow.
• The countries and document types you expect to see.
• Whether you plan to connect through the REST API or the web widget.
• Your expected yearly volume, if you know it.

Please do not send identity documents or photos of people in your first email. We work with sample data in a demo.
