How counting works: what is one verification?
One completed session of the package you use. DOCUMENT is document recognition and anti-fraud. BASIC is DOCUMENT plus selfie or liveness. A completed check counts even when the result is a rejection. An abandoned session does not count, and a new session for the same person counts again.
What counts as a first connection?
Your first live key on a paid or credit account. The sandbox never counts.
Who can get the welcome credit?
Organisations worldwide, after company verification. It is not available to companies with a previous paid account, an earlier enterprise pilot or an earlier welcome credit, or to excluded categories and sanctioned jurisdictions.
Can several companies in one group each get a credit?
One credit per company group. Companies under common control, or sharing one app, domain or brand, belong to one group.
Is AML included?
AML screening is billed separately, at $0.40 a check. The base verification fee of DOCUMENT or BASIC is covered by the credit.
Can I use the credit for a pilot?
Yes. Enterprise customers apply the credit to the verification fees of the pilot. AML is priced in your agreement, and custom setup work for enterprise pilots is priced in your agreement. Unused credit stays valid until the end of the 12 months.
What happens after 12 months?
After the credit, standard list prices apply, as shown on the pricing page. We write to you 60 and 30 days before each change, so there are no surprise bills.
What if I use more than 12,000?
Beyond the 12,000 free verifications, additional verifications are billed only with your consent and a card on file. Without consent, new sessions pause with a clear message.
