How billing works
- You pay for completed checks only. Abandoned sessions are free.
- Each step includes up to 6 free photo attempts.
- AML screening is billed separately from the verification.

Questions, answered plainly
What counts as one verification?
One completed session of the package you choose. DOCUMENT is document recognition and anti-fraud. BASIC is DOCUMENT plus selfie or liveness. A completed check counts even when the result is a rejection. An abandoned session does not count.
Is AML screening included?
No. International AML screening is billed separately, at $0.40 a check.
What happens above 100,000 verifications a year?
Above 100,000 verifications a year, the price is on request. Talk to us and we prepare a quote.
How many photo attempts does a user get?
Each step includes up to 6 free photo attempts.
