Statistics
How many sessions passed, why others failed, and in how many attempts.
The Dashboard section is a summary of the KYC sessions of your account: how many sessions passed and how many were rejected, which errors customers run into, and in how many attempts they pass the check. For a new account the charts are empty.
Filters
The filters at the top apply to all charts at once:
- Refresh data every sets the auto-refresh: never, every minute, every five minutes or every hour.
- Range sets the period: the last hour, the last day, the last week (the default), the last month, the last year or a custom range with your own start and end dates.
- Scenarios shows all scenarios or one specific scenario.
Charts
| Chart | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Percentage of rejected and successful sessions | The share of successful and rejected sessions in the range. |
| Error percentage | The shares of rejection reasons. Small reasons are grouped into "Other". |
| Count of attempts for successful completion | In how many attempts customers passed the check. |
| Range of rejected and successful sessions | The number of successful and rejected sessions over time. Choose the grouping by days, weeks, months, quarters or years. |
| Count of attempts for unsuccessful completion | How many attempts customers who failed the check made. A filter shows all attempts, only document attempts or only selfie attempts. |
| Missing documents | Sessions where the customer did not upload a document. |
Copy the data
The copy button in the header of a chart copies all of its values to the clipboard. Clicking a row of the legend copies that row only. This lets you move the data into a spreadsheet or a report without exporting.
Database check statistics
The statistics of database checks, with their costs, are in the Settings section of the dashboard. They have an overview, a history and a costs view. See access rights for who sees them.
