Use cases
Bulk link invitations
Invite a whole group to verify without creating each session by hand.
The job
A staffing agency has a new group of workers. A school has a new class. A company is moving customers to a stricter check. In each case a whole group has to verify, and nobody wants to create hundreds of sessions one at a time.
The flow
- Choose the scenario. Pick the scenario the group will go through, built in the scenario editor.
- Generate the links. Create from 1 to 1,000 single-use links for that scenario, with an expiry.
- Deliver them. Send each person their own link through your own channel.
- Everyone completes the steps. Each person opens the link and goes through the scenario in the widget.
- Follow the round. The session log in the dashboard shows which sessions are finished. Your backend can also receive a webhook for each completed session.
Planning a round
- One link, one person. A link is single-use, so give each person a link of their own.
- Set the expiry for the round. Links stop working when their expiry passes. Generate a new batch for people who miss the window.
- Batch the rest. A group larger than one batch is handled in more than one batch.
What your system receives
One session per link, each with a status and the results of its steps. See session statuses.

Questions, answered plainly
How many links can I generate at once?
From 1 to 1,000 single-use links.
Do the links expire?
Yes. Each link has an expiry.
Who sends the links?
You do. The platform generates the links, and you deliver them through your own email, messages or portal.
Can I follow who has finished?
Yes. Each link leads to a session, and the session log in the dashboard shows its status.
