Use cases
Proof of address collection
Ask for the address document in the same session as the identity document.
The job
Lenders, account providers and landlords often need two things: who the person is, and where the person lives. If these are collected in two places, users drop out between them, and your team has to match the results by hand.
The flow
- Identity document. The user photographs a passport, ID card, driver's licence, residence permit or visa. See document verification.
- Face steps. If your scenario asks for them, the selfie is matched to the document portrait and liveness confirms a live person. See face verification.
- Address document. The user photographs a utility bill, bank statement or lease in the same widget. See proof of address.
- One session. The identity results and the extra document are added to one session.
- Decision. Your team reads one result instead of two.
Scenario setup
In the scenario editor you choose which address documents you accept. Keep the address document last in the flow, so that the user has already shown who they are.
What your system receives
One session with a status and the results of each step, including the extra document. See session statuses.
Price
An extra document is $0.13. The pricing page lists the packages.
